Privacy Policy

Evercite, LLC, Lviv, Ukraine, is responsible for personal data processed through the Evercite website and application. For any privacy question or request, contact support@evercite.ai.

Data you give us.

• Account details — name and work email address. If you set a password we store it hashed, never in readable form; if you sign in with Google or Microsoft we store an identifier from that provider instead.
• Workspace configuration — the domain you track, competitor domains, prompts, topics, and target markets.
• Team data — the email addresses of teammates you invite, and their roles.
• Support correspondence — anything you send us by email.

Data we generate or collect automatically.

• Scan results — the answers AI engines returned for your prompts, which citations appeared, and the metrics derived from them.
• Product usage and technical logs — IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, and error diagnostics, used to run and secure the service.
• Website analytics on our marketing site, described in the cookies section below.

Payment data we do not receive. Card numbers are entered directly into Paddle.com Market Ltd's checkout. We receive only a subscription reference, the plan, and the billing status — never your card details.

• To provide the service — creating your account, running scans, and producing reports.
• To bill you — managing subscriptions, trials, and plan limits through our Merchant of Record.
• To secure and improve the service — diagnostics, abuse prevention, and aggregated product analytics.
• To send service messages — scan notifications, billing notices, and important changes.
• To meet legal obligations, such as retaining financial records.

Prompts are sent through each provider's business or developer API. We do not send personal data to these engines beyond what you choose to put into a prompt yourself.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use the providers below. Most act only on our instructions; Paddle.com Market Ltd is the exception — as Merchant of Record it is the seller for your purchase and decides independently how it handles payment and tax data, under its own privacy notice.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition — in which case we will tell you promptly.

Evercite is operated from Ukraine, and the providers listed above process data in the United States and the United Kingdom. Using Evercite means accepting that your data is transferred to and stored in those countries.

• Account and workspace data — for as long as your account is active.
• Scan history and reports — for the duration of your subscription, so trends remain comparable over time.
• Deleted workspaces — removed from live systems once deletion is processed, and from routine backups as those backups age out.
• Billing and tax records — retained as long as financial law requires.
• Technical logs — retained while operationally useful, then discarded.

To have your account and its data deleted, email support@evercite.ai.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@evercite.ai and we will deal with your request as quickly as we reasonably can. You can also edit most workspace and account data yourself inside the application at any time.

In the application. We set only what is strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session and workspace selection working. No advertising or profiling cookies are used in the product.

On this marketing website. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages people find useful, and load our fonts from Google. These set cookies and share usage data, including your IP address, with Google. You can block them with your browser settings or a browser extension, and doing so does not affect your ability to use Evercite.

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Evercite is a business product and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

We will update this policy as the service changes. Material changes are announced by email or in the application before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page shows when this document was last changed.
